About Us
Phoenix Windows are a small friendly company, formed in 1990 at Beccles, moving to Lowestoft in 1993, and have been in their current larger premises since 2004.
They supply the trade, DIY and offer an installation service to their retail customers.
Run by Duncan Brown, who likes to adopt a hands on approach and is happy to visit site to give advice to ensure your total satisfaction with the finished project. His business partner Sam Ram is actively engaged in running the manufacturing side.
The Office Manager is Jane Knights, who again has a wealth of experience and can discuss any details relating to your enquiry
